Annual

This lovey, but unsung herb was called ‘leaf of joy,’ by the Greeks and they carried sprigs to bless their friends. This annual grows vigorously in the early summer, but like cilantro and dill will flower when hot weather arrives. Delicate lacy leaves with distinct mild anise flavor good in soups, with fish or asparagus. Essential ingredient in mesclun. Plant in rich well-drained soil with light but constant moisture.

New this year: Your chervil starts are in a 6-pot pack for easier planting. There are 2 to 4 plants per pot for plentiful harvests!
