I’m bringing this beautiful plant back by popular demand! Red-veined sorrel is as ornamental as it is delicious! Also called Bloody Dock, the red veining is striking in any garden. This cut and come again perennial herb can be harvested from early spring until frost. Small leaves can be used raw in salads while large leaves hold up to cooking better. The bright lemony flavor is similar to regular sorrel, but perhaps a bit milder.
