Compact Summer Savory--NEW in 2025

$5.50
Out of Stock

Annual

Summer savory has a similar flavor to Winter savory, which is somewhere between thyme and oregano, but with a pepper-y kick. the leaves are also more tender. Usually summer savory grows tall and lanky and then falls over, but this variety makes a nice compact plant, perfect for a pot. Traditionally used in bean dishes (both dry and fresh), soups stews, and salad dressing.
