My favorite thing to do with gooseberries is to make a blueberry-gooseberry cobbler, so when we had a bumper crop of gooseberries this year, I decided to combine those two flavors in a jam. I’ve always thought that a plain blueberry jam was just a little bit boring, but with the zingy tartness of the gooseberries, the flavor is dialed waaay up!
